We do everything we can to make our products pleasing to you. However, if one of our products is not suitable for you, you can return it to us free of charge within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product against reimbursement.
Conditions of return against reimbursement:
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition (unworn).
- Returns must be made with a tracking number
- Return costs are free within 14 days of receipt of the package (we send, on request, a prepaid return form). If the order is returned other than through our prepaid return form, return shipping costs will not be refunded.
- If the return request is submitted more than 14 days after receipt of the package, it may be refused.
- No refund will be made before the return package is received in our warehouses.
