We do everything we can to make our products pleasing to you. However, if one of our products doesn't suit you, you can return it to us free of charge within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product against refund.
Return conditions against refund:
- The products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition (without having been worn)
- Returns must be made with a tracking number
- Return costs are free within 14 days of receipt of the package (we send, on request, a prepaid return form). If the order is returned other than via our prepaid return form, the return costs will not be refunded.
- If the return request is submitted more than 14 days following receipt of the package, it may be refused
- No refund will be made before receipt of the return package in our warehouses
