We do everything we can to make sure you like our products! Even so, aren't you happy with your Gabylou order? No problem, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of delivery.
How do I return your order?

For professional orders including a company name only , please use the following link: https: //returns.futurlog.com/GABYLOUB2B - Enter your order number (WITHOUT the #) or the tracking number of your order as well as your postal code.
- Select the productss you wish to return, the quantity(s) and the reasonss) for your return
- Choose the shipping method to return your order
- You will then receive an e-mail confirming your return, together with the return label and a summary of the steps to follow to dispatch your parcel.
We do not offer exchanges, but returns* are free!
If you would like a different size or model, we recommend that you place a new order!
ATTENTION:
- If you decide to return the parcel by your own means and at your own expense, these costs will not be refunded!
- If you return an order for which you have paid shipping costs, these will not be refunded, only the returned products will be refunded!
As soon as your parcel has been received and validated by our warehouse according to our return conditions*, your order will be refunded to the account you used to place your order within a maximum of 14 days. It may take up to 5 working days before the amount is available on your payment method.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the refund has been processed.
Please note that in the case sa "free" gift (contest, tombola, etc.), neither exchange nor refund will be accepted.

* Gabylou products must be returned in their original undamaged packaging and in perfect condition (new, unworn).
Carefully pack the Gabylou shoebox in another box for transport.
If you pick up a box, make sure that the only barcode visible is the one for your return, to ensure that it arrives at the right address.
Keep the document confirming that the parcel was dropped off at a relay point, as this will serve as proof in the event of loss.
If any of these conditions are not met, your refund may be refused!
