We do everything we can to make sure you like our products! Even so, aren't you happy with your Gabylou order? No problem, you can return it to us free of charge within 30 days of the delivery date.
How do I return my order?

B2B (for orders including a company name only): https://returns.futurlog.com/GABYLOUB2B - Enter your order number or your order tracking number and your postcode
- Select the product(s) you wish to return, the quantity(ies) and the reason(s) for your return
- Choose the method of transport for returning your order
- You will then receive an e-mail confirming your return, together with the returns label and a summary of the steps to follow to dispatch your parcel.
We do not offer exchanges, but returns are free of charge if you follow our returns and refund policy on this page.
If you would like a different size or model, we recommend that you place a new order!
ATTENTION
- If you decide to return the parcel by your own means and at your own expense, these costs will not be reimbursed!
- If you return an order for which you have paid postage costs, these will not be refunded - only the returned products will be refunded!
As soon as your parcel has been received and validated by our warehouse in accordance with our returns conditions, your order will be refunded to the account through which you placed your order within 14 days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Once the refund has been processed, it may take up to 5 working days for the amount to be available on your payment method.
Please note that in the case of 'free' gifts (competitions, tombola, etc.), exchanges and refunds are not accepted, so be sure to check your size and don't hesitate to ask us for advice!
* Gabylou products must be returned in their original undamaged packaging and in perfect condition (not worn).
Carefully pack the Gabylou box in another box for transport.
If you collect a box, make sure that the only barcode visible is that of your return to ensure that it arrives at the right address.
Keep the document confirming the drop-off of the parcel at the relay point, which will serve as proof in the event of loss.
If any of these conditions are not met, your refund may be refused
