We do everything we can to make sure you like our products! However, not satisfied with your Gabylou’s order? No problem, you can return it to us free of charge using the pre-paid returns form included in your parcel within 14 days of delivery of the order.
How to proceed?
- Prepare the prepaid returns label included in your parcel.
You don't need to request a return online, you can send the parcel back directly.
- Carefully pack the Gabylou box in another box for transport, otherwise the refund may be refused.
- Stick the returns label with the barcode on the parcel you are sending back (if you re-use a box, make sure that the only barcode visible is the one on your returns label)! Be sure to keep the part of the label without the barcode, which you will need to sign when you drop off the parcel. This will serve as proof in the event of loss.
- Drop off the parcel at a DPD point of your choice.
How do I find my nearest DPD point? Go to the DPD website and enter the address of your choice so that the nearest drop-off points can be suggested.
When you drop off your parcel, there are no additional charges to pay. If you decide to return the parcel at your own expense, this will not be reimbursed!
- As soon as your parcel has been received and validated by our warehouse in accordance with our return conditions*, your order will be refunded to the account you used to place your order. You'll be notified by email!
It may take up to 5 working days for the refund to be available on your payment method.

Please note that exchanges and refunds are not accepted for 'free' gifts (contests, tombola, etc.). So check your size carefully and don't hesitate to ask us for advice!
